Unbelievably unprofessional. My husband and I hired this firm to ensure we’d owe little to no taxes at the end of the year. Not only did they repeatedly miscalculate the appropriate withholdings, but they’re now saying we’ll owe MORE than we did last year. They referenced wrong joint income for last year when calculating this year’s estimated taxes, unexpected charged us, and went as far as to “fire” us as clients when they realized they’d messed up so severely. The unprofessionalism and lack of basic accounting is on another level. Do NOT recommend if you want your withholdings and taxes done correctly.
