“Bob and his crew replaced 7 windows on our house, three of the on the second floor. The job was completed in about a day and a half. We are really happy about quality of the work. The windows fit nicely inside and capped outside edges perfectly aligned with sidings. Their works are neat and clean both inside and outside. You would not even notice that someone had done window replacement work to the house, except clear and bright new windows. Bob has been very responsive and accommodating to our needs. He kept us informed on the order status and got the job done as promised, which really helped us to coordinate planned work on the house. The replacement windows are very energy efficient with UV protection as Bob recommended. You can feel the differences from the old windows, particularly in the near 100-degree outside temperature under direct sunshine. Bob followed up with a call right after the job to seek comments and, a week later, another check-in call to make that we are happy with the job. Nice customer service! Very very satisfied!“

“Tim and his team did a great job replacing our entire roof as relatively new home owners (5 years in). I knew he was the right person to work with when he came out to complete our quote. He fixed a small issue for us without even charging for it or having our agreement for his quote (very fair and competitive) in writing. They took care of our covered patio area and matched the wood ceiling where our old skylights were removed. Changed parts of our roof with rotted plywood and added flashing that was never there from before. Any issues were addressed promptly and they finished the job in 1 day. “I hired Cambridge Exteriors to replace the siding on my single-story home. Marc (owner) did a thorough assessment of my house and pointed out a number of issues, caused by previous contractors, that he would correct. Once work started, I found his crew to be diligent and attentive to even the small details during installation. The process took three days and the crew made sure that the yard was clean each evening when they left. The end result was better than I expected and I now have the nicest home on the block! I will certainly use them again, and in fact, I have already contracted with them for some roof repairs.

“My roof has had issues with ponding water due to an incorrect pitch, and after it recently developed a leak I wanted to correct the underlying issue. I spoke to a number of roofers who only wanted to put another layer on top of the existing roof, but Top Tier wanted to actually fix the problem.  They proposed removing the existing roof where it was leaking, installing tapered insulation, adding a second drain to affected area, and then installing new granulated torch down over the entire roof.  Additionally, I decided to have the siding on that wall replaced to eliminate all potential sources of water getting into the house.

From the start Sean was on top of the entire process.  He showed up on time, sent the estimate the next day, answered all of my questions, and had the job scheduled within a few weeks.  The roofing crew was awesome – they got the job done quickly, cleaned everything up, and were respectful of the neighbors.  When the siding crew came the following week they discovered significant damage to the framing and sheathing. I was concerned because of how bad some of the damage was but they came up with a plan and went straight to work getting everything repaired. The mark of a great contractor is how they deal with the unexpected once a job starts, and Top Tier went above and beyond.  The new roof and siding look amazing and the quality of work is top notch. Pricing for the job was incredibly fair, especially with the additional framing and repairs. I can’t recommend Top Tier enough, if you need a new roof make sure to give them a call.“
