Dropped into this gym while visiting the area from out of town and had an awesome time! Professor Joe was so warm and welcoming, as were the students in the class. I learned several new details and techniques that I’m excited to bring back home with me. 10/10 recommend

Chris is the man... After 35 years of lifting weights transitioning from a bodybuilder to just staying in shape in the gym, I was so burnt out. I wanted to find something new. I was very much interested in MMA and the moment I spoke to Chris I knew it was going to be a good fit. It's an extremely welcoming community where others help others. For example, a white belt may be working with a blue belt and the blue belt will help teach the white belt along with the sensei. Every pupil I have met is more than willing to give back to others! It is a great family atmosphere as well! I cannot say enough good things about Chris, my peers, and the academy!

I'm an martial arts academy owner myself. I just met the owner of RUSH while waiting to buy a car. He's got a legit pedigree and is a friendly guy. I may go roll with them from time to time. If your in the area, you should check them out! ✌️
