Melissa was able to offer me her professional opinion in a positive way, and she was able to add dimension to my hair without making the highlights feel too light or obvious. I feel like I have a plan for how to transition away from my dark winter color without too much damage or maintenance. I also love how clean, modern, and comfortable Opalescence Salon feels. He specific when you book and state if you speak English or Spanish. It will help a lot! Once you do that, make sure you explain what you are looking for.
