This company and these guys are flat out the best in the business! If this is the product you are looking for and you go elsewhere you’ll regret it. They have great systems in place.

MY husband and I are very pleased with our home from MHAP. We bought our home during the pandemic when the prices were increasing and materials were short in supply. Tony and Carmen guided us through the whole process.We are in the process of finishing up our mountain home. As with anything in life there were some little hiccups during the construction of the modular home , but Tony and Carmen helped us to through the hiccupps .This was a wonderful experience for us and we look forward to using MHAP for another home .

I went to many other modular home companies before finding Modular Homes Affordably Priced. I wish I would of found them first because everyone else was priced much higher. I had a great experience with MHAP!! I worked with Tony from MHAP to help design and build my first home!! And I was extremely satisfied with the process and results. Tony was extremely helpful in the design process and knowledgeable about the products.
