I purchased a modular home from Modular Homes Affordable Priced which was set back in October 2024. Tony was fair, honest, and patient. He had great suggestions on what options should be upgraded and where it wasn’t needed. Walter was present and running the show when the home was being set on the foundation. With another company I had inquired with it was an additional $5K to have a company representative present on set day. A few issues did arise and Tony and Carmen helped resolve these quickly and fairly. Thank you all. I love my home.

This company and these guys are flat out the best in the business! If this is the product you are looking for and you go elsewhere you’ll regret it. They have great systems in place.

MY husband and I are very pleased with our home from MHAP. We bought our home during the pandemic when the prices were increasing and materials were short in supply. Tony and Carmen guided us through the whole process.We are in the process of finishing up our mountain home. As with anything in life there were some little hiccups during the construction of the modular home , but Tony and Carmen helped us to through the hiccupps .This was a wonderful experience for us and we look forward to using MHAP for another home .
