Review! So last night my air conditioning decided it wanted to stop working. It got hot super fast. I was recommended to Lafferty Heating and Cooling. I got their answering service early this morning. Lauren called me back promptly and set up for them to come out between 12 and 4. At 1130, I got a call from Bob who said they would be here within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of being here. They walked me through what had happened and what they needed to do to get it working again. They made sure I thoroughly understood what was happening the entire time.

I highly highly highly recommend this company for all you Heating and Cooling needs!!

Don't normally post stuff like this but I need to shout them out after all the work they did. Installed a new AC unit and cleared up years of "creative" decisions by previous contractors. They're always fast to respond, courteous, and answer all of my questions.They've been doing various jobs at my home since we moved in a little over two years ago, and with any luck they'll be doing more for years to come.

Lafferty Heating is top notch! Not only have we used them for replacing our home's heater but recently when my elderly mother's heater broke in the dead of winter, Lafferty was at her house within 24 hours and had her heater fixed the same day! Highly recommend Lafferty Heating!
