Went in to pick some carpet for our living room. Doug was very courteous with his time and the staff is amazing. The warehouse guy, William, was extremely helpful with giving his honest opinion on our choices and leading us to what would work best (with 4 kids, I need something to hold up) He gave us the best options and the overall pricing was fantastic. The installers, Robert especially, were great in handling my crazy house...... Including our very big, but affectionate dog. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with our new floors and would recommend this store and crew to anyone looking for new flooring that's of good quality and affordable. They have an enormous amount of choices, customer service that follows up with you AND will help you with your choices. There is a very knowledgeable staff which made my process easier. I have worked with KC for carpeting,hardwood floors and bathroom tile.Thank you Kepple's Carpet!
