Furthermore, the project was complicated involving exterior work on damaged wood, both at ground level and at 30 feet above the ground, interior sheetrock repair around recessed lighting and chandeliers, even some faux painting of clouds in a rec room.
I received 4 estimates from reputable painting contractors. Brush Masters was about 20% higher than one of the other estimates and about 15% higher than the two lowest estimates I had received for the same work.
