Having bought an 8x10's shed through Barnco, I bought my 14x30' garage through them as well. I had a concrete pad poured for it according to their specific dimensions, and the structure fit on it perfectly. The delivery crew had a lot of trouble getting it in place, with the ground being soft from recent rains, though eventually they got it settled.
The crew that came to finish the installation anchored it to the pad with expansion bolts and did a good job of installing the doors and touching up markings on the paint from installation.

About a month ago, I purchased a shed for my property. I worked with Sam from Barnco Woodworks in Berlin NJ and the experience was just fantastic. He provided excellent help and guidance on the shed that would best meet my needs. I brought a 10x14 shed and it looks fantastic and has plenty of room for what I want to do with it. The quality is just superb! The delivery was on time and watching them put the padding and bringing in the shed into the backyard was a work of art.
