Love my eye doctor at Suburban Eye Institute! I have been a patient for 20 years +/-. Dr. Lukaszek always makes me feel comfortable. She possesses both a warm bedside manor and knowledgeable professionalism. The support staff is both friendly and efficient. Appointments are always on time and I never feel rushed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The experience with the doctor was not unpleasant, which is why the review has nothing to do with that. The unpleasant moment was with billing. I had been terribly sick around the time I went to them (horrible ear infection) and I was so out of it that I paid a bill from the urgent care next door and thought I paid the bill for this office. Yes, my responsibility and fault, but thought they wouldn’t mind working something out with me as a patient. The billing lady couldn’t care less if I went back or left to another place and said no and no negotiation and that was the end of it. Will be looking for a new place for sure!

Having an eye examination at Suburban Eye Institute is a very pleasant experience. The entire team is very friendly, accommodating and professional. At other offices, I received the “hard sell” to buy ancillary products or services. This is not the case at Suburban Eye Institute.In addition, in this difficult COVID period, they put in safety precautions that will put a patient at ease.
