“3.5 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 3 non small cell lung cancer. My family doctor led me to the cancer center where I put my life in the hands of all concerned there, from my Oncologist to my Radiology Oncologist to the entire staff in both the labs, radiology, infusion and the wonderful folks in the CT scan labs, the schedulers and all the folks who waved and said hello and good morning every day. For the scariest time in my life, I was so lucky to have my doctors and nurses whom I trusted implicitly. I never had one negative issue with this home away from home. I knew they were there when I needed them and could talk to my doctors when I felt scared. I've felt so incredibly lucky to have found this wonderful place. Now I only see them every 6 months and still get waves and hellos from the folks I think of as my friends. I am blessed.“
