This place is not only old with dated beds, it’s dirty with staff that 110% looks like they don’t want to be there either. I pay month to month for a level 1 bed. It’s not even worth the money at this point. The amount of times I’ve told the staff about bulbs being out and literally out of the prongs in the stand up and nothing has been done is so frustrating. The level 1 has literally 4 bulbs out and the girl had the audacity to tell me the owner maybe changes them annually. No wonder I’m so pale. Not worth the money or germs, go somewhere else that actually has beds that don’t smell like they’re burning.
Been coming since they opened i loved old old owner I never like to post bad reviews being a business owner however made complaints regarding bulbs not working place is dirty yet nothing was changed paid for a service they bulbs are out no offer of refund or free sessions or an I'm sorry 3 weeks later still bulbs out place dirty should report to board of health such a shame use to be a nice place been coming for over 10yrs.
Nice place , been going for years on and off. Beds are nice , clean and maintained well. As for the rest of the salon, maybe needs TLC. I brought a spare over door coat hanger for bathroom door cause I guess owner couldn't afford to place extra there for before or after session coat hanging . Had to hold coat while using bathroom. Also maybe update painting , looks very drab and dark at reception area.
