“I've been getting my hair taken care of by Anny for 3 years now. I found her at my worse when my hair had to be cut all the way to my shoulders. She explained to me the lengthy process that I would have to go through in order to get my hair healthy again. Between cuts and treatments she is always very nice friendly and pleasant to work with. Guy is a real pencil pusher I was 5 minutes late for my appointment due to a business call gone long as I waited out front in clear view, I come in and he doesn’t seat me and tells me I need to rebook. Lack of client prioritization and accommodation. Would never use mike again.“
