I am so happy with the service I was provided by James tonight! He was responsive and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly where to look for the clog that was dead center in the middle of my pipe. It was not an easy task, yet he made it seem that way. He was so patient with me and he explained exactly what he was doing and why.
I’m so thankful for James to solve this issue the same day I called. I would 100% ask for James by name If I ever need Roto-Rooter again.

Today I had to make the call. You know, the one you never expected to make. These guys came in fast, ready and charged to tackle the clogging issue we had in the basement with all the sewage there. Gennadiy was above and beyond, professional and knowledgeable as one needs in this situation. Thank you for solving the issue!
I highly recommend Roto Rooter of Middlesex location. Our service person was Mr. William. He came out late on Sunday, and save this household from having to leave our house at night and to stay at a hotel. He explained what was wrong and fixed the problem fast. He made certain the problem was resolved and cleaned up the area better than how this dusty old basement looked when it was new. Mr. Willam provided pleasant service and quite the professional. His customer friendly explanation allowed even this old guy to understand the problem and what was completed to fix it.
