We had a great overall experience with Richair. Thank you especially to Philip for great customer service and support. We had multiples ductless units installed in a multi family home in the Bronx. The technicians were courteous and efficient. We encountered a small hitch when one of the units was accidentally placed in the wrong spot, but Richair worked with us to correct the issue to our satisfaction.

We recently added another air conditioning unit through Richair. The Panasonic wall mounted unit does everything I'd hoped: moves the air through 3 rooms, dehumidifies and cools, with barely any sound! I have no doubts the heat pump will contribute to the comfort in the same 3 rooms this winter.We had a problem with our mini-split system this Spring, and the Richair technicians solved it. I was very happy with their level of service. It took 2 visits, but they found the problem and fixed it, so we were comfortable all summer.I love this company!

was a pleasure dealing with Peter from Richair. I received a very good education on the ductless A/C systems. And since my older colonial home does not have the ability to run ductwork, we knew we had to go with a mini split system. I did call a few other places and got higher prices and had lower confidence in those companies. Peter graciously came to our house a few times to go over placement of the air handlers, the capacity that each needed, and placement of the 2 outdoor units. He oversaw the entire job.
