I had a great first time experience here with my mom. Jocelynn was patient, friendly and customer focused. Her expertise on the frames was appreciated and provided us accurate out of pocket costs including insurance break down. Rick (Lens maker) was also accommodating and knowledgable about the frames. Only suggestion I have is to have more reasonably priced frames for those with no insurance or limited coverage
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jocelynn, who was absolutely wonderful. Jocelyn was very professional and patient and also very knowledgeable. She took her time with me and helped me decide on the right pair of lenses. Jocelynn is a GEM!!
This optical shop is absolutely amazing!!!!! Maya the manager was very knowledgeable, Diana , Ashley , ANDRES and Rick are very passionate, friendly and extremely helpful from choosing my kids and my frames to opening my care credit account and explaining how care credit works step by step , very affordable prices !! 5 stars ⭐️ all the way! I will be coming back my 40 minute drive from home to shop again!!!
