I’ve been lucky enough to work out with Brett for over a year and it has been unbelievable. I have never had the same workout twice and some workouts make me feel like I just finished watching an action movie. He will push you to your limits while making sure you do not get hurt in the process.

I trained with Brett twice a week for this whole summer, and I could not be more grateful for the experience. Brett seriously took into consideration my goals, what I was capable of, and where I could be challenged more into our regimen.

Our 13-year old son is not into playing team sports. We brought him to Brett with the goal of getting him physically active, increasing strength and stamina, and making fitness and exercise enjoyable for him.
