Fausto and his assistant arrived on time. Friendly appearance and professional. Evaluated the situation of our two old chandeliers . Tested the lighting. I decided to remove the fixtures and get replacements. Fausto recommended lighting stores and explained clearly what he was doing when he removed the fixtures and how he would dispose of them. He replaced the hallway socket with some lighting for us. The job was done in a timely manner. It is exactly the service my husband and I would expect from East-West Electrical Contractors.

To say that this company is a joy to work with may sound over-the-top, but it’s true. From my first phone call until the guys left, everything was handled efficiently, pleasantly, professionally, all you could ask for. Marie in the office called to ask if I wanted an earlier appointment that had opened, then called to confirm the following day, then called to say they were on their way and told me exactly when they would arrive, which they did.
