“Intelligent Kitchen is a GEM and located in my UWS neighborhood too. I came across Intelligent Kitchen (IK) as my family was in need of design and project management help for our apartment renovation. We had met with a number of design build firms but were not finding what we were looking for in personalized attention. When I first met IK, the project was a certain size - one kitchen and one bathroom, possibly two bathrooms. After we met IK, heard their ideas and shared some of our dream items for our family home, we decided to re-design our ENTIRE apartment using IK as our design team for architectural services and selections across 2300 interior square feet. This included redesigning our apartment layout, tripling the size of our kitchen and gutting 3 full bathrooms and enhancing one other bathroom. We could not have done it without Lauren, Olga, Adriana and the entire IK team of designers and project managers. IK is on top of it all. We had weekly design and logistics meetings that included our budget tracking and our selection tracking. They were able to show us what our apartment was going to look like through amazing renderings that were so life-like, it was the first time I was able to truly see what I was putting together. They worked with us on finishing selections, coordination with the contracting team over 6 months with multiple weekly visits, the architect and expeditors, the ancillary services and resources for glass, marble, cabinetry and more. IK was able to deliver us the home of our dreams in NYC. Although it was a complicated and nearly year long project, we felt ready to take it all on because of IK and their team and their contacts. They were there for us every step of the way, kept us on budget and were able to meet with varying providers when we weren't, acting like our own right hand. “Lowell's approach to our home theater, video wall, and basement speaker and ethernet wiring project resulted in a spectacular outcome!

He was consultative, taking our requests into account, and factored in the available space and our budget. He also made a number of important suggestions and collaborated with our contractor to get the work done. We now have an amazing home theater our family uses regularly for movie nights, game days, and regular tv watching.

“It was difficult to locate a quality company who would refinish my solid oak cabinets. My kitchen is unique because not only did I want my cabinets to be re-stained and not just painted white but all the woodwork, doors and molding also had to be redone since they all matched the original finish of the cabinets. Victor was extremely professional, detail oriented and took great pride in his artisanry. The color of the stain was exactly what I was looking for and it matched the woodwork despite it being completed by a different process. Even my husband who was not originally sold on the project is thrilled with the way that it turned out. Victor came back to put special pins on the hinges so that they did not bang into the wall or molding. I cannot recommend his work enough. His price was reasonable, and he went above and beyond what was expected. The job was superlative!“

“They were the best price out of 3 prices I got turned around time was less than a week to get my granite from the time I called and it came with a scratch on it after it was installed we saw it they took it off and removed the sink came back 2 days later with a brand new one and a new sink with no problem from the company so they do stand by there product and install , workers were clean and neat!! ?“
