Val has been my physical therapist and will continue to be so because he perfectly combines training, experience, and compassion. He listens to my concerns, and skillfully reads my body to determine the approach that will best serve me. Val addresses my issues with hands-on, one-on-one exercises. But he also incorporates the equipment available at the center, and shares easy at-home exercises to set me up for success/relief. Bodywork Rehab is an excellent facility where you can receive flawless professional physical therapy while getting an education about all the work done on the body. So, the patient is exposed to a wholesome treatment. There are still two more essential pluses to the workout process, which, based on my experience, are highly appreciative: friendly treatment and generous time spent in every session.
