Outstanding place to be! Great knowledgeable coaches and great students. We are treated as family and not just students. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to develop my techniques and self-defense.
Ray’s extensive experience in Jiu Jitsu incorporated with his personal life work in health and wellness set him up as an ideal fitness trainer for someone who is looking for strength, flexibility, and balance. My apprehension about working with a trainer (insecurities about my abilities) are immediately dissolved when working with him and replaced by peace of mind about the process and excitement about the results. His style and approach are unique in their recognition of the body, mind and spirit as an integrated whole and I can feel this awareness resonate in myself when we work together. Been going to this school for 4-5 years now. Great instructors who are very accommodating. Definitely a family environment which extends outside the dojo. Definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in learning martial arts and for general fitness.
