They just ended the work day almost 3 hours past daylight and I wasn’t able to see the outside correctly and kind of signed off blindly. Next day in daylight everything seems good. Just wish they would have started earlier so the work was done before 8:30pm. Over all the gentlemen that installed and the everyone definitely great and recommended“

They discovered that the freon had leaked out of the secondary system. They checked with the manufacturer to see if the unit was still under warranty.
