Twice now, we've used Modern Heating. Both times, the service was superb! This week, we came home from a week's vacation to find the AC not functioning. I called at 6 p.m., was promised a callback within 45 min., and not only did we receive the callback, but Tony was out the same evening around 8 p.m. Efficiently and professionally, he diagnosed and corrected the issue. I would highly recommend Modern Heating.
