She was great all the way thru -- from the initial design to the selection of cabinets, hardware and counter tops. She was right on top of things. She was able to identify potential issues and worked with my contractor to resolve them. Anytime I had a question or concern, she was there to help and to reassure me. I was also very pleased with their suppliers. Stonecrafters was great on customer service. My Medallion cabinetry is beautiful and came in ahead of schedule. Same thing with hardware.
