Dear Public,This business deserves negative stars...I wish my husband checked the reviews here before hiring Kim and her company. Kim has put me through more stress than she will ever know. I gave Kim a significant deposit towards the job of replacing two windows around July 3rd 2022. Till Today, August 19th 2022, Kim has neither replaced any window nor returned my money!I find Kim dishonest and untrustworthy. She will knowingly hold back information and you will find out through inquisition or by being a detective. Even when she provides an excuse (she mentioned her car broke down and her leg broke.. at two different points this month), I find it hard to believe her.... read full review
DONT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE UNATTENDED!! THEY STOLE MY TOOLS!!!! I usually would not post and would trust that people eventually get back what they deserve but I can’t get past being stolen from. The owner hired handy gal and from day 1 my husband and I knew that something wasn’t right. They would arrive late at night to work on the downstairs apartment and buffed floors with the most loud and probably janky tools because it took forever for them to finish. They disturbed my household on work nights and kept my toddler and infant up until 2am and only stopped because my husband had to get out the bed to confront them.They also hammered all night long and would have... read full review
