“American Roofing stands behind their work 100% It was more than 10 years since they put our roof on. We were experiencing lots of rain storms w/heavy winds. We noticed water coming in and called American Roofing. Mike responded immediately he said he wanted to take care of it before the storm started. They found it was the flashing around the chimney, his guys went u our 3 story home in Nutley and fixed it before the rain started. He didn’t even charge us for his time. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again! Thank you for going over and above!

He also provided me with useful information I was able to use to dispute something that my home insurance was requiring, which was unnecessary and was going to significantly increase the cost of the project. “It’s normal to feel anxious when a company or person new to you starts working to fix something on your property. I did which is why I am writing this review. I called a company called NextGen to fix two leaking skylights on my roof. A previous company has misinstallded them and they were leaking badly with each rainfall. The NextGen service representative , Ken Duci, came and was so open. So helpful, that I immediately trusted him. He and his workers took one day to remove the skylights which I had bought new but which had been damaged. Ken and NextGen did a fine and fastidious job and while I felt completely satisfied, they promised to come back immediately if I should have any problems. I doubt very much that I will have problems , although I regret than I won’t see them again until I need any other work done. “Recently we had a sinkhole develop in our backyard. It turned out to be a long ago iron septic tank which had rusted to the point of the ground sinking. The owner, Fabio, took on the job of removing the tank. Then filling the eight foot deep hole with crushed stone and topped it off with dirt and topsoil. The job was done well. The yard was cleaned up. It was a pleasure working with IPRO. I highly recommend them.“
