From calling in the phone to sitting in the chair I had a great experience. I wanted my ear pierced and was able to call and confirm they were open and had time. Was welcomed and held conversation. Showed a photo and I can say he gave me just what I wanted. I will be returning for sure.Service: Ear piercing
