Would not hesitate to recommend Dave for any general contracting needs. We had Dave and his guys repurpose a bedroom into a bathroom. Dave quoted a sensible price that I understood and his guys worked 100% from start to finish. Did not disappear for a days and then come back. He's pragmatic and understands that there will always be some issues but works with you to come to a solution that suits both parties. On top of that a nice guy who is personable and takes good care in your home.
