The person who cut my hair literally ruined it. Feel like she did not even know the basics of a haircut. I struggled for weeks after my haircut to somehow make myself presentable. Will never go there again!

I love the location. I normally pick up a coffee right down the street at Good Earth Coffee before my appointment. This salon has plenty of parking, nice, big lot. Lovely, clean, well-lit building. The salon is spotless. The receptionist/appointment setter is so warm and welcoming. I've never had an issue getting an appointment and I have been accommodated on short notice (thank you). My experiences with hair cut and color have been wonderful but it absolutely irks me to no end to be charged for a blowout. Many of us go to a salon for a salon experience. That includes an amazing wash with scalp massage and a blowout. Prices are high. Tipping is expected on top of that. And you're getting charged extra to finish the service - which is the blowout. You have no idea how your color and cut look until it's blown out! The website it very generic and desperately needs updating. There is no list of services and there are no prices. Book an appointment is an email form, it's NOT an appointment booking app which ARE available and widely used. There's not even a list of stylists and their specialties.

Cynthia Fitzgerald (My now Step Mom In Law!) did my and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding, Chrystal did our make up, and I've never felt more beautiful in my life! Cyndi totally got my vision for my look and my hair came out better than the pinterest board photos! The bridesmaids were so happy with their looks as well! And we had a great time all getting ready together! Would definitely recommend!
