Armen thoroughly diagnosed the problems with my router connections. He fully explained what the issues were and what needed to be done to fix them. He spoke with Comcast insuring they understood the problems and made sure it was fixed before he left. I would recommend his companies service to anyone.

Today was an awesome servive call!Armen was so well informed on every question and solved all our computer issues and they were many!We will definately be calling him in the future for any issues that come up.Very friendly and made us feel that we would not be disappointed with Armen at work.
