ON POINT LLC Recently we had an ongoing complicated nightmare plumbing problem that we could not get fixed. In desperation we looked to the internet and decided to try ON POINT LLC owned by Kenneth M. Jones. We could not be happier with his professionalism and work ethic. He showed up on time and found a few other problems we had. He even admitted he was stumped with our nightmare at first, just like others had been, however Ken did not just give up. We made an appointment for his return and a few days later he came back and was able to fix our main nightmare. We highly recommend Kenneth.
