Needed 2 bathrooms looked at which had some leaks, called early morning & a service tech was here the same day which I thought was amazing !! Office staff was great& kudos to Elvis & Butch who were both here during the week, 2 of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet & they both came with outstanding knowledge of what caused the leaks & how to fix them ! I called Neal Plumbing and they responded quickly, sending their serviceman John to my home, He was very respectful, knowledgeable and his price for the repair was reasonable.
