Body Soul Being

Over the past few months I have tried many of the wonderful services, classes, and events that Body Soul Being has to offer and everything has exceeded my expectations. Stephanie has created such a serene space that promotes healing and well being on every level. Even down to the linens and decor. I have been made to feel right at home even as I tried things that were new to me, such as aerial yoga and barefoot massage. I think I have worked with everyone on the team at this point and they all bring their own unique backgrounds and it has been so great getting to know everyone. I am honored to be a part of this community. I couldn't recommend Body Soul Being any more highly.

I have recently started at this spa because my favorite massage therapist started at Body Soul Being. You walk in and it's a warm, welcoming place! Maria does the best massage. She listens to your needs and feels the body response to adjust her therapy each time. The massage room is quiet with soft music, privacy and dim lights. I am going to try to get back to taking care of me with a monthly massage and let Maria work her magic. I definitely recommend this spa for massage.

Stephanie has the best touch of any therapist I've experienced. She listens to you and has the skill set to address whatever ails you. I left feeling rejuvenated and the pain in my back was unraveled. And what a beautiful and calming space! It was a truly special experience which I would recommend to anyone who has pain or just wants to relax and get away for a little bit in a lovely environment. I'll be back for sure!
