I called to inquire about cat grooming and to my surprise they were able to take my matted cream point Himalayan, Kingston right away. I had the pleasure to meet Iris the owner who was there that day. Nikki, the groomer who specializes in cats made sure Kingston was comfortable throughout the entire process. He was heavily matted and she took the time to clean him up and gave him breaks in between. She requested we stop and willingly wanted to return back to finish his grooming so he felt comfortable. Nikki is professional and caring. Thank you Nikki and Iris, we LOVED our experience at Velvet Door Spa!
Amazing!!!!!! I have a very adorable but a bit hyper Cockapoo they are incredible with him!!! He always looks adorable! He’s cut exactly the way I ask and they are so patient and kind! The spa is so cute inside!!! Love these ladies!!! Thank you !
Stephanie was great, She handled my lab with great care. The place is clean and very dog friendly. I appreciated them making some accommodation to help my dog have a better experience. Highly recommend and will be going back again!
