I am assisting my BIL with a medical bill. Not a single person from your Billing office answers calls, regardless of day and time. Perhaps you’re not interested in getting paid. After this experience, we are switching providers. Your practice is unqualified and ill-equipped to provide care to patients.

Beware of going to any medical center as a lot of them have Garden State Healthcare Associates working in their facilities who DO NOT participate with a lot of medical plans thus you will be billed for your hospital or facility visit AND you will be billed separately for these specific doctors services. The facility WILL NOT tell you nor will the doctor tell you beforehand that their services do not fall under the hospital network. It's only once you receive the bill in the mail stating you have to pay an additional $200 to them, on top of what you have to pay to the hospital.
