Chris over at CPB came to diagnose our non-functional Central Air handler. Was incredibly knowledgeable, very helpful, and had great communication throughout. I couldn't more strongly recommend, and I'm relieved to have found a dependable company for timely repairs. Chris from CPB mechanical came and helped me out when my Central Air unit was leaking water onto the floor. He has years of experience and knows the inner workings of this complex equipment very well. He was able to check the refrigerant levels and accurately diagnose the problem. After remedying the problem, he even cleaned the condenser coils. Overall I was happy with the service and will recommend him.
Chris came out on a Sunday to fix my central air conditioner which suddenly stopped working. He identified the problem quickly and the unit was functioning again one hour later! And reasonably priced! Thank you so much!
