From one professional to another, thank you so very much for extending your time and courtesy to me. Your referral for a great local florist was very important since I was not in attendance. You and your staff were extremely accommodating to my family & friend Miss Kathy. Although you were on a schedule with the cemetery, your firm took the time for Miss Kathy to spend her final moments with her beloved Andy. (even though they were late from the airport). Again, my sincerest appreciation as a fellow Funeral Director both personally and professionally.
I cannot possibly thank Mike Badolato from Gallaway and Crane enough for what he has done for me. I lost my son, Martin last month. He was so incredibly kind, thoughtful, patient, and helpful. Even though the service for my son was very restrictive due to the covid-19, he made sure it was still beautiful. I will never forget his kindness.
Professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, are just a few of the words I would use for this group. They took care of the details from the first phone call to the last. They treated me with kindness and consideration and followed my wishes exactly. I can not begin to thank you all for making such a difficult situation so comfortable.
