We were told by our HVAC rep who installed our heating and AC system that the water coming out of the relief valve next to our hw heater was due to a defective pressure reducing valve for water coming into the house. Ron from Curcio diagnosed the problem correctly and it turned out to be a faulty expansion tank which he replaced. Had we replaced the pressure valve at a cost of over five hundred dollars as suggested our problem would still exist. Thank you Curcio PHC for your expertise and I highly recommend them for excellent service which makes the difference!
