I have been using 1st Class for a few years, mainly for rides to and from the airport (and a couple of times rides to events in NYC). Malik and the staff are always professional, on time and are always friendly and polite (even when there are delays landing at Newark which many times there are!). And booking within the app is so easy. I HIGHLY recommend using 1st Class limo.
If you want peace of mind with your travelers, look no further. I literally trust every single driver in this company. They have done daily commutes with my young daughter, taken my elderly mother to doctor appointments, and have been there for me at the drop of a hat. They have driven us in sleet, rain, and late at night. There simply are times when Uber cannot match the comfort of KNOWING your driver. This family is tried and true, and worth every penny.
