“I've been meaning to write this review for some time, I wish I had gotten in done in a more timely manner.We had a 20 year boiler die on us. We've had various contractors come in over the years to service the unit, some good, some bad. It was time for this to go.John came out to give us an estimate. He also pointed out issues with the water heater that I was unaware of, and suggested a complete unit for heat, as well as "on demand" hot water for the house.John worked though a plumbing nightmare in my half basement, as the cold weather really set in this past December. I am a "Weekend Warrior", so I couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of his work. The little things, adding supports for the old existing drains and pipes. Fixing an un-capped vent, neatly sealing up all the holes where he had to make penetrations through the concrete. Cleaned up and walked me through everything that was done. The new unit looks great, takes up no space compared to the old boiler and water heater.2 Months later: I've got a warm house without having to battle the old boiler every other weekend, and everyone in the house is loving the endless hot water for the showers. It looks like my utility bills have dropped as well, and I sleep better at night knowing the job was done right.I cannot recommend this company enough, and I thank John for all of his hard work and attention to detail.
