For the most part the equipment is fine, just wish THEY WOULD WD-40 THE SMITH MACHINES!!! Be prepared for how tiny it is and it does get crowded. Clean and staff is nice, just wish the setup was better.

No frills, gym. You get out of it what you put in. If you're looking for pools classes, heavy weights, steam sauna, you're in the wrong place. No grunting, no loud workouts..get the picture?

They were removing the target incline benches originally. When me and my partner brought it up to them that we used them , THEY BROUGHT THEM BACK IN!!!! Staff here is super chill!!! Thanks everybody!!!!!
