JSHY is seriously the best hot yoga studio around. I’ve been practicing there for over 13 years and I’ve seen my share of hot yoga studios come and go. None compare to JSHY in its energy, atmosphere, and community. Located blocks from the beach, the studio exudes an unpretentious laid back vibe where the instructors are chill, creative, and challenging. You’ll leave class with a relaxed mind and energized body.
Every year I rent a house down the shore for a week, and I try to get to Jersey Shore Hot Yoga as many days as possible when I'm down there. The instructors, music and energy are all absolutely fantastic. I daydream about the classes when I am at home in NYC. Please come open a studio here!
I highly recommend hot yoga on Sunday mornings! I loved this place. Very good music and good energy in the room. Note: it's a smaller size yoga studio/ room. Street parking and only 1 bathroom. To minimize stress, plan to come early for parking and a good spot in the studio :)
