I’ve never worked out this hard before. When I was ready to give up during sessions he pushed me through. Which is what I needed. I’ve been to another gym on my own and quit many times after a week. But with him I have someone who holds me accountable and pushes me through. If you want to get in shape Gary is the man??.“

I had tried physically therapy, but was never able to make much progress. I began working with LeeAnn who brought the physical therapy knowledge and approach without being restricted by a diagnosis and insurance guided workouts. With her help I was able to build a foundation that I could transfer into training with Ben (owner). With Ben I've gotten to the point where I am either as strong or stronger than I was before my pain started.
The knowledge, attention, accommodation, and encouragement that comes from Ben and the trainers he hires helped me to get my life back.“
