I had a deep tissue massage. I showed up and the room was well prepared. The bed was warm and there was pleasant music playing. The massage therapist was skilled and work hard to get my many knots out. She was very accommodating and adjusted her approach any time I gave feedback. It was a great experience and I left feeling very relaxed!

Michelle at Sunstone Massage and Wellness was so kind and helpful to guide us through a beautiful family yoga and meditation for my sister's 60th Birthday!! We were all at different ability levels and she made us all feel very comfortable!! We loved being on the beach even though the tide was moving in on us! LOL It just made the event more memorable!! Excellent massage!!! My husband and I went for a deep tissue couple's massage on Friday, and both our massages were excellent. We paid online beforehand, so the payment was already handled. Cathy greeted us by name when we entered, and brought us into a nice, welcoming room where our 2 beds were setup. It was a cute, quaint, home-like location with a fireplace. I have really tight shoulder blades which are ticklish during massages, & Cathy went to work on them! I really appreciated the extra work on my shoulders & feel so much better. If ever in Avalon again, we would return.
