“Perfect Climate was the Perfect match for us. Our oil furnace broke after being in our home since it was built, in 1949. It had a good run. We bought the house in 1998 and hated that it heated with oil but as new homeowners, we couldn't afford to convert. In Oct, our furnace was burning at 650°. We decided to convert to gas and called multiple companies until our neighbors told us about Perfect Climate. They had converted 3 homes on our street and they were so happy with them, so we called them and they came out, gave us a very fair price and it was installed within the month (once natural gas line and meter was installed).
The owner, Joe, is awesome as is Chaz! The installers were just as knowledgeable and kind.

“I don't typically leave reviews, especially when I am paying for a rendered service and that service is adequately provided. BUT, If I could leave a rating greater than 5 Star for Mike C. & PELCO HVAC, I would in this instance. I had an issue with what I had thought was condensation. I called Mike, he immediately responded, and diagnosed a leaking coil within my system unit. I was provided with a quote, Mike arrived as stated, removed my old unit and replaced it with a new furnace. I know some aspects of the job became more difficult than expected, but I was not hit with a typical industry "extra". The old furnace was disposed, my utility room left clean, we shook hands and I received the invoice via email...none of this payment before I leave stuff. Mike and the team at PELCO are professional and easy to work with.“
