This was my first time here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's located in the Golden Nugget hotel and casino. It's very nice and clean. The reception staff were friendly. Check in was quick. The changing room and relaxation lounge was comfortable. Lockers were provided. As were robes and slippers. I booked an 80 minute massage. My therapist was Jocelyn. She was amazing and was able to adjust from therapeutic to deep tissue depending on the area of concern. Everything was professional and explained properly. I was shocked how quiet it was on a Saturday.

I just had an absolutely amazing massage with Jocelyn! She was fantastic and I truly loved the experience.

However, my overall experience was hampered by two major issues. First, I was very disappointed by the lack of shared relaxation areas. We booked a couples massage and were hoping for a lounge, whirlpool, or other space to relax together afterward, which is a feature we've become accustomed to at other AC resort spas we frequent (about four times a year). I wish we had been offered an upgrade option, perhaps a couples room with a tub, when my husband called to schedule.

Really relaxing experience. Clean and very professionally run spa. Got the facial and the esthetician was outstanding. I used the spa facilities afterwards, and continued the relaxation. I felt great when I walked out of there, so it’s worth the price (to me). I will be back!
