I cannot say enough bad things about this tax service branch. I was not told that if I chose a check for my federal refund, it would not be mailed to me, but to the branch, which is now closed. My tax preparer refused to get back to me about it, as did anyone else I actually managed to talk to. I had other issues as well that went unresolved. Do not work with these people!! They are horrible!!

In these days and times, I needed someone who felt comfortable with doing my taxes. I needed to make sure they were done right, added right and accurate on all levels. Jackson Hewitt provided me with the best experience EVER!!! Fast, Reliable, Accurate, and HONEST. I applied for a portion of my refund and had it in less than 15 minutes. This was my 1st time trying Jackson Hewitt, It won't be my last!!!!
