Wen was a terrific masseuse! Also, Brandy is just wonderful and naturally prioritizes the customer experience through and through. We thought she was the facilities manager and she should be.

Place looks nice and clean and they do offer some amenities that you can use before your massage. They tell you to get there 30 minutes prior so you can use the amenities. By the time someone met up with us to give us the tour we had five minutes left. I wasn’t offered sandals. My masseuse said she would grab me some but never did. The massage was weak. I asked her to apply more pressure, she said that would be $20 extra. I have never heard anything like that in my life. Most masseuses ask you “how is the pressure” and give you an opportunity to adjust up or down. I’ve never heard of a micro transaction in the middle of a massage. Was so tacky . My girlfriend set up a couple massage for my birthday massage was 10 out of 10. I feel so relaxed the pool & the bathroom very clean and all the staff is very nice and very helpful
