About Chu's Nail Salon
Chu's Nail Salon provides good and great nail services, including filing, cutting, and painting that is nicely done. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly and pleasant, offering great service. Prices are reasonable and they have nice designs, doing what customers want. It is noted that booking an appointment about a week in advance is very necessary. Experiences can vary, with some services being quick but occasionally too rough, resulting in minor issues like cuticle bleeding. Some basic services may not include expected elements like lotion or a light massage, which are considered extra. Overall, it is a great place many customers recommend and return to.
My pedicure was good… she never used lotion or oil or did any sort of massage on my legs or feet, which seemed abnormal to me as most places include this in the basic service. When I brought it up I was told I needed to pay extra for massage and that I got the cheapest pedicure, however I never selected which pedicure I wanted. I’ve never experienced a basic pedicure that didn’t include oil and a light massage of the feet, legs, and toes, so that was a bit disappointing. But the filing, cutting, and painting of my nails were great!
1st time there, Ping(Tech's name) was very polite and seasoned. She used the d school tools and all I was doing a was color change.
But as for designs, she wasn't knowledgeable on the flower design I wanted, she asked for help and that wasn't much help but bc I was on a time crunch, the colors worked I rocked it!
Will return again asking for Ping just not asking for designs...
Did a good job on my daughter's manicure, but too rough with mine. One cuticle bled and have some gouges across two nail beds. Manicurist got carried away with the cutting of cuticles. Service was quick, and they were pleasant. Polish was nicely done.
