I called Charlie hoping he would assist in what I thought was an emergency situation as I had guest arriving at 3pm. I knew it was a quick fix but didn’t think I could do it myself.

Charlie answered and had me send him pictures via text. He called me back immediately and guided me through the quick fix assuring this was something I could do.

I got it done on my own and Charlie said he didn’t want me to spend a few hundred dollars on something so simple.

Thank you Charlie! Sometimes as a client you get lucky and find a business that does right and doesn’t want to hit you over the head.

Mike, fixed the main bathroom toilet issue. Then I asked if he could take out the old toilet in the master bathroom and install a brand new toilet?

He did both in within a few hours.!!!

Charlie's team came to my house to replace all the plumbing in the house. They had all the work done on one day which was very important to me. Very professional and courteous. He put in extra valves where needed at a very reasonable price. I will be doing more business with Charlie because he is very reliable and trustworthy.
